1. Who we are

This site is operated by Bluewater Gymnastics Club Sarnia ("we", "us"), located at 1540 Lottie Neely Park Rd, Sarnia, N7T 7H4, Canada. Privacy questions: support@better-lotto.com.

2. Information we collect

We collect:

  • Ticket purchase data — name, email, phone, billing address, age confirmation, and location confirmation.
  • Payment data — processed by our PCI-compliant provider. We do not store full card numbers.
  • Site usage data — IP address, browser type, pages visited, and referrer, via bl-cookies when consented.
  • Communications — anything you send by email or contact form.

3. How we use it

  • To process your ticket purchase and issue your numbers.
  • To contact you about the draw, including if you win.
  • To meet regulatory reporting obligations under our AGCO licence.
  • To improve the site (analytics bl-cookies only with consent).

4. Cookies & analytics

We use a cookie consent banner. Strictly necessary bl-cookies are always set. Analytics and preference bl-cookies are set only after you consent. You can change preferences via the cookie settings link in the footer.

5. Sharing

We share data only with: (a) our payment processor, (b) the AGCO as required by our raffle licence, and (c) contracted service providers (email, hosting). We do not sell personal information.

6. Retention

Ticket records are kept for seven (7) years to meet AGCO reporting requirements. Marketing contacts are retained until you unsubscribe.

7. Your rights

You may access, correct, or withdraw consent for marketing and analytics. You may lodge a complaint with the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada. Email support@better-lotto.com to exercise any right.

8. Security

We use TLS in transit, encrypted storage at rest, and access controls. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted here with a new "Last updated" date.
